LINKS is a private, not-for-profit public policy research and educational organization that investigates issues impacting the quality of life in the Scottsdale metropolitan area. The role of LINKS is to help drive the debate on key issues. We do this by allowing sound research to be the guide in formulating arguments and developing a broad range of solutions. Then, through issue forums, we bring these matters to policy makers and community members. Our success is measured through the adoption of sound public policy that contributes to the quality of life in Scottsdale.
