In an examination of ancient civilizations, it is clear those critical arteries for moving goods, services and people in and out of communities were at the center of early city planning. While modes of transport have evolved from camels to semis, the same need dogs community planners today. LINKS believes transportation deserves to be an essential element of any quality of life discussion.
